The call for volunteer sign-up is now open! All applications must be received by Oct. 31, 2022. Selections for each respective committee are made in December, and service starts on Jan. 1. All applicants will be notified of committee assignment by the end of December.
AFP is pleased to publish its 2022 AFP Compensation and Benefits Study, highlighting the compensation and benefits trends among fundraisers in the United States and Canada who participated. Of note, fundraising salaries grew slightly in 2021, and 75% of fundraisers anticipate remaining in their current jobs for 2022.
