Fundraising Salaries Grow Slightly in 2021
AFP is pleased to publish its 2022 AFP Compensation and Benefits Study, highlighting the compensation and benefits trends among fundraisers in the United States and Canada who participated. Of note, fundraising salaries grew slightly in 2021, and 75% of fundraisers anticipate remaining in their current jobs for 2022.

Nominations Open for AFP Global’s Awards Program
AFP Global is now accepting nominations for the Outstanding Fundraising Professional, Outstanding Young Professionals (up to five honored annually) and the William R. Simms Awards for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy, sponsored by CARTER (individual and group categories). All honorees will be recognized at AFP ICON 2023 in New Orleans, April 16 – 18.
