While these webinars are complimentary, the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy – Canada will ask each attendee to consider making a gift to the Foundation specifically toward the Foundation’s research programs.  This will allow the Foundation to provide resources to the entire profession during these times when data will be an important decision-making tool for all nonprofit organizations.

We will explore some of these learnings and discern what is most critical for effectiveness and excellence in our personal and organization leadership in the current context.

  2. Decision Making - On a regular basis we are all faced with a multitude of decisions to be made in both our personal and professional lives. What makes a quality decision? Which decisions are the most challenging and why are some decisions seemingly more challenging than others? How do we make the best quality decisions? These are some of the questions we will explore, including techniques for improving the quality of our decisions.

  3. Building Resilience - Resilience can be defined as the ability to quickly recover from adversity or challenge. In this session we will explore what resilience looks and feels like and ways to develop and hone your organization resilience. This can affect so many areas of your organization and is a critical competency from both a personal, operational, managerial and leadership perspective.
