The Purpose-Driven Leadership Journey led by Jon Duschinsky is a three-phase program that trains leaders, future leaders and team members to unlock a new level of performance, influence, engagement, creativity and trust through the principles, mindset and skills of purpose.
Completion of Purpose-Driven Leadership Journey earns participants 28.5 CFRE credits for those working towards their CFRE designation.
This 10 module program of training, coaching and transformation that connects leaders (and future leaders) with their purpose and helps them bridge the gap between the leader they are today and the leader they want to be. It particularly helps leaders to do more with less, giving them tools to help prioritize the areas in which they thrive, so they become stronger, happier and more confident in their work.
The first session for all attendees begins on November 15, 2024 at LiUNA Station in Hamilton, ON.
