AFP Tampa Bay: Creating a Culture of Collaboration Where Everyone Can Shine

In this session you will not only learn what it takes to weave a collaborative spirit into the culture of your organization but you will also have the opportunity to experiment with this new approach on the spot! Thought-provoking and fun interactive activities will give you the confidence you need to make collaboration and IDEA a reality in your workplace. Leaders will gain practical ways to incorporate collaboration into daily activities as well as large scale projects within their fundraising responsibilities. These approaches are applicable to development shops of any size, as well as for new and veteran leaders. Attendees will leave equipped and motivated to make adjustments to their current approaches confident that when collaboration is authentic and IDEA integrates naturally, fundraising ensues, and everyone shines.
