Thriving in a Chaotic Future

Futurist Jamais Cascio will help AFP frame the future, so we can be more future-ready and more able to make our preferred futures possible. Jamais will introduce the BANI Future: Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible—and he will show us how to flip it positive by being Bendable, Attentive, Neuorflexible, and Interconnected. The future will be increasingly chaotic, but we can thrive if we frame the future accurately and spark better possibilities.

Sasha Lewis

Sasha R. Lewis, CFRE founded Moves Management Consulting to help nonprofits use data more effectively to demonstrate operational excellence. Early on in her career, she specialized in helping nonprofits focus on innovation through donor data systems. After a decade behind the scenes, Sasha served as a major gift fundraiser for social service and educational organizations in the Midwest. After a move to Arizona, she worked in the arts and higher education before founding MovesMC. She serves on the Education Committee of the AFP Greater Arizona Chapter and as a mentor in the AFP Mentoring Program.
