President and Chief Executive Officer (Global) – Association of Fundraising Professionals
For the past several years, AFP has strengthened its financial management and operational systems to prepare for a new phase of growth and impact within the philanthropic sector. As the Association looks toward the future, they seek a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will have overall responsibilities to strengthen existing association and foundation initiatives, foster new initiatives to ensure sustainability, and forward progress toward successfully advancing the collective AFP mission.
Membership Manager
The Membership Manager is responsible for providing stellar customer service and implementing engagement strategies that foster membership growth and retention. This position works closely with the Senior Director of Membership in the implementation of membership retention, recruitment, engagement, orientation and recognition programs.

Chapter Services and Membership Specialist
The Chapter Services and Membership Specialist supports communication between AFP Global and chapters, and helps facilitate communication between chapters and members. This position uses a variety of technology platforms to strengthen the connection between AFP Global and local chapters, enabling chapters to support the mission of the Association. The incumbent acts as primary contact for general questions from chapter leaders and chapter administrators.

Director of Professional Development
The Director of Professional Development is a key member of the Professional Development team, which is responsible for providing relevant quality education to AFP’s network of fundraising professionals. The Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of leading edge, transformative, research-based professional development programs and organizational effectiveness interventions that support AFP’s mission and vision, meet membership and stakeholder needs. In this role, the Director will ensure delivery of impactful, high-quality programs (new and existing). The Director ensures the successful design, delivery, management and evaluation of AFP’s professional development programs and products. Reports to the Vice President of Professional Development (PD), works closely with AFP staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors and service providers.
