National Philanthropy Day is a celebration of the extraordinary impact philanthropy has on the world around us, honoring those who believe that making the world a better place starts with philanthropy in the community.

As one of the most charitable states in the United States, the AFP Alabama Chapter National Philanthropy Day Celebration recognizes and celebrates the individuals, organizations, and businesses across our state who generously give their time, talents, and resources to support worthy causes across communities.

The National Philanthropy Day luncheon celebrates the philanthropic spirit of Alabama while honoring eight (8) annual honorees who best exemplify what it means to create positive change across our communities.

Guests are treated to a gourmet lunch prepared by talented chefs at The Club while enjoying inspirational stories and videos honoring our annual award winners.
