AFP PA, Greater Philadelphia Chapter Event: National Philanthropy Day 2023

Hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Philadelphia Chapter (AFP-GPC), NPD is a celebration of philanthropy—giving, volunteering and charitable engagement—that highlights the accomplishments, large and small, that philanthropy—and all those involved in the philanthropic process—makes to our society and our world.

Here in Philadelphia, there are over 9000 nonprofit organizations serving the community. Their diverse missions are carried out by individuals and teams who truly believe in—and fight for—their ability to positively impact the region. We like to think our moniker, The City of Brotherly Love, reflects this philanthropic spirit—shared by all of us in the AFP community and certainly by our 2023 awardees.

NPD will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2023, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia. The NPD Awards Ceremony will be preceded by a networking hour, which is a great way to reconnect with colleagues from across the region.

We are all grateful for the ongoing generosity of individuals and organizations dedicated to enriching the lives of others, and with your attendance, you will join hundreds of other members this year who feel the same way.  We hope to see you there!
