years.

Rick’s wife, Kathleen Rapp, and their daughter Kennedy live in Del Mar with a

In 2024, she launched the world’s first Planned Giving Virtual Engagement Officer (VEO)—a first in the CSU system—using AI as digital labor to expand marketing, build pipeline, and deepen engagement.
