Gabe Cooper is the Founder of Virtuous, a Responsive Nonprofit CRM & Marketing Platform helping nonprofits build last relationships with their donors. He is also the author of the top-selling books, Responsive Fundraising and The Responsive Nonprofit: 8 Key Practices for Scaling Innovation. After serving in a leadership role at a large nonprofit, Gabe went on to help build a series of successful software products in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. His team’s products have been featured in Wired, USA Today, and the NY Times. His drive stems from a passion to create market-defining software and help charities reimagine generosity.

Bobby supports Plus Delta Partners’ efforts to strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones, with a focus on the firm’s Agyl software solution. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than 15 years in business consulting, primarily serving Fortune 500 clients. His experience spans client service, business development, software implementation, and process optimization. Earlier in his career, Bobby served as a Program Director for a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit supporting employment and housing initiatives for underserved populations. A dual Brazilian-American citizen, he holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS.

Tamara Y. Craver is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in nonprofit management and youth development. As President and CEO of Monarch Schools Project, she is dedicated to empowering youth and driving positive change. Previously, as President and CEO of Reality Changers, she led the organization to secure a $2M award from MacKenzie Scott. Tamara’s impact extends throughout the San Diego community, serving on the boards of LEAD, AFP San Diego, and the UCSD Chancellor’s Community Advisory Board. .

Michael has over 20 years of experience in fundraising and leadership and has been part of the Blood Cancer United team since 2018. As Senior Vice President for Advancement, he oversees all areas of individual philanthropy, including major and principal gifts, foundation relations, and estate & planned giving. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership along with CFRE and C.A.P. credentials. Previously, he held leadership roles with the American Cancer Society and Special Olympics New York. Michael also teaches philanthropy courses and mentors emerging professionals. He lives in Orchard Park, NY with his family and is an avid endurance athlete.

Meghan Cubano is the Chief Development Officer at HomeFront, a leading nonprofit in Central New Jersey working to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. With over a decade of experience in fundraising, strategic donor engagement, and nonprofit leadership, Meghan has helped double HomeFront’s annual budget and expand its community impact. She is a passionate advocate for creating meaningful donor experiences that inspire transformational giving. Meghan has led multi-channel campaigns, built sustainable revenue streams, and developed tools that turn supporters into lifelong partners. Her work is rooted in authenticity, innovation, and a relentless commitment to social justice and community change.

Marcus is a Community-Centered Fundraiser, an organizer, and an advocate for nonprofit workers. He has spent over a decade in the social sector, working in institutions serving PK-16 education, as well as movement infrastructure organizations in Texas and across the U.S. In addition to his work as a full-time Development practitioner, he is Co-Founder of Equilibria Collective, a consultancy focused on values-aligned community-building, branding, and fundraising strategy. He is also a member of the Community-Centric Fundraising Emeritus Council. Born, raised, and currently residing in North Texas, Marcus holds a BBA, Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

H. Aldervan Daly, CFRE, is a nonprofit strategist, educator, and advocate known for combining data-driven methods with a deep respect for donor relationships. With over three decades of experience in development and marketing, Aldervan helps mission-focused organizations create fundraising programs that support both financial objectives and the well-being of the individuals behind every gift.
He leads H. Aldervan Daly & Associates, working with clients across the US on issues ranging from Individual Mail, Leadership, and Trauma-Informed counseling.

Meena Das is the founder and CEO of Namaste Data, a consulting firm advancing data equity and ethical AI in the nonprofit sector. With 17 years of experience across tech and philanthropy, she has worked with global nonprofits on inclusive data collection, AI readiness, and community-centered evaluation. Her work has been featured by the Stanford Review, AFP magazine and more . She holds multiple Masters in data science. A sought-after speaker, Meena brings deep expertise in designing human-centric data strategies and is known for translating complex AI and data topics into actionable, equity-driven practices.

Trish Davis, CFRE, is Vice President of Major Gifts & Planned Giving at Susan G. Komen, where she drives innovation in fundraising strategy. A nonprofit leader and Air Force veteran, she brings deep expertise in major gifts, DAFs, and donor engagement. A lifelong learner, Trish values connection, mentorship, and peer collaboration, and is passionate about advancing the fundraising profession. She serves on Chariot’s Nonprofit Advisory Council, FreeWill’s Advisory Board, and is a 2025 CFRE Ambassador. Trish and her family live in Northern California, where she belongs to the AFP California Capital Chapter and remains deeply committed to volunteerism

Danae Davis brings nearly a decade of experience in the animal nonprofit sector to her role as Executive Director of Project Street Vet, which she joined in 2021. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Danae previously served as Executive Director and Board Member at the Foundation for Animal Care and Education (FACE), a San Diego-based nonprofit supporting pet families in medical crisis. There, she launched FACE’s Community Outreach Program to connect with unhoused pet parents—a mission that led her to meet Dr. Kwane Stewart. Danae is passionate about equity in veterinary care and building community through compassionate action.

Chad supports Plus Delta Partners’ efforts to strengthen client relationships and ensure efficiency across
the client lifecycle, striving to foster positive, seamless partnerships. Prior to Plus Delta, Chad spent more
than 15 years in higher education advancement at Lehigh University and Lafayette College. Beginning with
student/young alumni engagement, he went on to lead successful annual giving programs and teams for a
combined 10 years. Most recently, he spent two years in software sales for an educational technology
company. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public
Communications at Syracuse University.

Jackson Lee Davis, IV is Vice President of Culture and Belonging at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), where he leads the organization’s global inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) strategy and advances a culture of belonging across the fundraising profession. With more than 20 years of experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors, Jackson has led transformational work at organizations including MassMutual, Meta, ESPN, and Fannie Mae. Known for his empathetic, relationship-centered leadership, he connects mission with inclusive practice to drive meaningful change. Jackson spearheads the implementation of AFP’s FORGE framework and shared standards that strengthen community and impact.

Ms. deLlamas is a retired fundraising professional who spent 30 years building advancement programs for independent schools and non-profit organizations. She has received numerous awards recognizing her contributions to the community and is dedicated to seeing that the next generation of fundraising professionals have access to the education programming they need to succeed. She currently managers two foundations is an active community volunteer.

Danielle Densford is the Individual Philanthropy Manager at Dare to Care Food Bank in Louisville, Kentucky, where she supports development efforts to raise more than $9 million annually to nourish neighbors across the region and to end hunger across Kentuckiana. With over seven years at Dare to Care, Danielle has served in a range of roles spanning food sourcing and procurement before transitioning into philanthropy. Danielle holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Humanities from Wofford College, where she competed as an NCAA Division I collegiate athlete.
