AFP Fairfield County invites you to a breakfast in honor of National Philanthropy Day. The breakfast features keynote speaker, Whitney Norman, presenting “The Future of Donor Loyalty,” and the First Annual Member Recognition Ceremony.

Whitney Norman – The Future of Donor Loyalty
Creating a positive and meaningful experience for the individuals you touch is essential to driving donor loyalty. However for many, defining and implementing that experience has become increasingly difficult. In our upcoming member breakfast, keynote speaker Whitney Norman will explore the ways we’ve historically defined experience and reveal how understanding donor motivation is transforming the future of donor loyalty. Drawing on her tenure as a front line fundraiser for the March of Dimes and her recent role as a solutions architect for Pursuant, Whitney will provide practical recommendations on a new lens through which to view your donors – going beyond who they are to you today and casting a vision for how to identify those that will be the catalyst you need to accelerate your mission tomorrow.
