This initiative is committed to advancing and engaging fundraisers who identify as female, and their allies, through mentorship, education, research, and community.
We understand that the fundraising profession and our world are not yet equitable, and thus is committed to standing up for what is right and doing all we can to stamp out institutional racism.
We provide hundreds of scholarships every year for fundraisers—both AFP members and non-members—to help them elevate their professional skills through education, networking, leadership development and more.
