Shayla Miles, MPA, is Chief Philanthropy Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound, where she leads strategy for a comprehensive revenue program spanning major gifts, business and institutional giving, events, campaigns and endowment growth. She works with executive leadership and board to align revenue strategy with long-term mission impact. Previously, Shayla served as Executive Director of a regional trail organization, partnering with governments, community organizations, and private funders to advance public infrastructure projects. With more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, she focuses on helping organizations design sustainable revenue models and build resilient, mission-driven leadership.
