Amanda Miller Littlejohn is an author, executive coach, and thought partner to high achievers looking to scale their impact without sacrificing their well-being. As the author of The Rest Revolution: How To Reclaim Your Rhythm and Conquer Burnout When Overworking Has Become the Norm (Wiley, 2024), Amanda is on a mission to dismantle the myth that endless output equals true leadership impact.

Leveraging over a decade of experience as a brand strategist, journalist, and restorative guide, she helps leaders practice radical self-discovery, design sustainable personal rhythms, and interrupt stress using practical, science-backed restorative tools. She is dedicated to helping the world's most driven people identify the needs of their personal seasons so they can lead sustainably in the age of burnout.

Sheryl Lynn Gray

Sheryl Lynn Gray is a dedicated public servant and community advocate with a strong background in urban planning, nonprofit management, and civic engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Sheryl spent 17 years with the City of Detroit’s Planning & Development Department as a Senior Development Specialist, where she played a key role in advancing community-focused initiatives and shaping development strategies that supported neighborhood growth and equity.
