Dr. David Hutchison serves as Chief Development Officer for St. Louis Public Radio, where he leads fundraising strategy, major gifts, membership, and donor engagement as the station transitions to independence as a nonprofit. He joined during a period of significant uncertainty for public media and has helped guide philanthropic growth while strengthening long-term revenue sustainability. Previously, he spent more than a decade in higher education advancement, most recently as VP for Advancement at Lyon College, where he led a comprehensive fundraising campaign supporting major institutional initiatives. His work focuses on ethical leadership, mission-driven fundraising, and organizational resilience during institutional change.

Rochelle M. Jerry, CFRM is a seasoned nonprofit executive, national speaker, and fundraising strategist with more than 29 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, governance, strategic planning, and fundraising development. As CEO & Co-Founder of Jerry Consulting Group LLC, Rochelle partners with mission-driven organizations nationwide to build sustainable funding ecosystems, strengthen governance practices, deepen donor engagement, and elevate organizational impact. Throughout her distinguished career, she has helped raise more than $18.5 million in new operating revenue while leading transformative fundraising, sponsorship, grant development, and volunteer engagement strategies.

Daniel H. Lanteigne is part of a new generation of leaders redefining philanthropy. A recognized strategist and advisor to executive teams and boards, he works at the heart of decisions shaping philanthropic organizations across Canada. Known for his clarity and rigor, he challenges blind spots and pushes organizations to elevate their standards in a rapidly evolving sector. Working at the intersection of governance, human capital, and philanthropic strategy, he is a contributing expert to Les Affaires and a leading voice on power, long-term sustainability, and the psychological health of the sector, a cause he has championed for several years.

Shaun Lee currently serves as the managing partner and co-founder of 6 Levers. At 6 Levers, he trains teams and coaches leaders to build healthy systems that empower them to build organizational health that lasts. Shaun has led over 100 consulting engagements guiding teams through projects that result in better ways of working, deeper engagement and more cohesive teams. He is the co-author of the best-selling book, At the Heart of Work: Rethinking What it Takes to Build a Healthy Organization with the 6 Levers Framework.

Jennifer Li Dotson (she/her) is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and Strategic Advisor for AI in Fundraising, supporting 3,000+ global nonprofits with ethical digital tools. An executive fundraiser and software developer with 20+ years of experience, she held leadership roles at the American Red Cross, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and National Kidney Foundation, recently stewarding a transformational $13M gift. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BSc from Georgetown University. Appointed by Congress to the U.S. Commission for Civil Rights, she focuses on embedding equity and belonging into modern fundraising ecosystems.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Jaye partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen fundraising infrastructure, deepen donor relationships, and build sustainable revenue aligned with values.
Her career spans frontline fundraising, senior leadership, and consulting roles with organizations advancing civil rights, legal advocacy, food security, accessibility, higher education, and the arts. Jaye has helped organizations secure transformational gifts, launch and grow major gifts programs, stabilize development operations during leadership transitions, and navigate moments of both growth and complexity.

Rev. Ursula A. McClure is the founder of Miracle of Love Ministries and an ordained Christian minister whose vocation centers on healing, stewardship, and faithful leadership. Through her ministry, Rev. Ursula creates sacred spaces for listening, reflection, and community building, bringing together spiritual formation and practical action rooted in love, justice, and service. She is the Regional Minister of Non-Parish Ministries for the West Coast branch of The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM), an international organization of churches and ministries and serves on the Board of Ministries at the City of Refuge United Church of Christ.

Keith McIver - is a Senior Director of Development at American University, Washington, DC and has served different roles in higher education for almost two decades.

Wendy McKinney is a mission-driven executive, author, co-pastor, and dedicated wife and mother of three. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, she has raised millions for organizations including the American Red Cross, San Diego History Center, and Neighborhood House Association. Wendy previously served as a Financial Services Executive with AIG, leading sales and marketing teams. A passionate community advocate, she serves with several nonprofit and civic organizations throughout San Diego. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

Ann-Marie Meacham, MPA, CFRE, is a nonprofit executive and board governance consultant who treats leadership like a relationship, not a hierarchy. With more than 20 years of experience and over $30 million raised, she helps Boards and Executive Directors name the tensions they’d rather avoid—and fix them before they become breakups. A former Board Chair of AFP Silicon Valley and the Junior League of San Jose, Ann-Marie brings candor, humor, and hard truths to governance work, helping leadership “couples” rebuild trust, clarify roles, and lead together more effectively.

Shayla Miles, MPA, is Chief Philanthropy Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound, where she leads strategy for a comprehensive revenue program spanning major gifts, business and institutional giving, events, campaigns and endowment growth. She works with executive leadership and board to align revenue strategy with long-term mission impact. Previously, Shayla served as Executive Director of a regional trail organization, partnering with governments, community organizations, and private funders to advance public infrastructure projects. With more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, she focuses on helping organizations design sustainable revenue models and build resilient, mission-driven leadership.
