Ken Miller, CFRE, is a nationally recognized fundraising strategist, keynote speaker, and president of Denali FSP Fundraising & Grant Consultants. With more than 20 years of experience, he has helped tribal governments, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits secure millions in funding while strengthening leadership and culture. A certified AFP Faculty Trainer, Ken specializes in inclusive leadership, AI integration, board engagement, and building high-performance teams through mentorship and sponsorship. His work blends lived experience, executive resilience, and practical strategy—equipping leaders to elevate results, develop people, and lead with integrity in complex and rapidly changing environments.

Ben Mohler, M.A., CFRE, ACFRE is the chief executive of GivingThree. He has presented frequently over the past twenty years for AFP conferences at the the state, national, and international stage. He serves as adjunct faculty for The Fund Raising School at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Ben is a long-time Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and earned the Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE) in 2015. He received a master’s degree in philanthropy and development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Ben currently serves on the board of AFP Global.

Morgana Nieves

Morgana Nieves is a multicultural social impact leader based in Miami, where she lives with her husband and two kids. Fluent in Spanish with an international background, she works at the intersection of philanthropy and entertainment. Her experience includes fundraising roles at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, as well as work in entertainment and public relations. She is a Professional Doctorate in Philanthropic Leadership candidate at Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and founder of Spotlight, a celebrity philanthropy consultancy.

Amy O’Sullivan, CFRE has worked as a fundraiser since 2008 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Mission Advancement for AllThrive 365, the fifth largest healthcare nonprofit in Phoenix, Arizona. She has held various fundraising leadership positions at notable institutions such as Xavier College Preparatory and Ryan House. She is a longstanding and active membership in the Greater Arizona Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she served as Chapter President in 2023.

When not dedicated to her professional pursuits, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and time with friends and family.

Anthony Petchel, MBA, CFRE, CTP, is co-founder of the Nonprofit Financial Leadership Academy (NFLA), a national training initiative focused on helping nonprofit leaders strengthen financial leadership, fundraising strategy, and organizational sustainability. With more than 25 years of experience spanning fundraising, nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and commercial banking, Anthony brings a cross-sector perspective to nonprofit finance and philanthropy. He leads Mission Trajectory Consulting, supporting nonprofits with strategic planning and fund development. He teaches nonprofit finance, fundraising, and strategic planning in Portland State University’s Master of Public Administration program. Anthony is also President of the Oregon & Southwest Washington chapter.

Kelly Quilter brings a passion for campaign planning and strategy grounded in experience as both a fundraising leader and consultant to her work at Benefactor Group. She leads the firm’s Fundraising
service line and Campaigns product line, advising clients on campaign and donor strategy while fostering innovation and collaboration.

With a background in higher education fundraising, Kelly led Eastern Michigan University’s $100 million Give Rise campaign, exceeding goal by nearly 20%. She has presented nationally for ACE, AFP, and CASE and holds degrees from Miami University and Eastern Michigan University. She also helped found EMU’s Women in Philanthropy initiative.

Dr. Allison Quintanilla Plattsmier is a nonprofit executive, educator, and strategist with 15 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives for organizations ranging from grassroots nonprofits to international institutions. She serves as CEO of ENP and Green|Spaces and founder of AQP Consulting, advising nonprofits on fundraising strategy, governance, and organizational leadership. Dr. Plattsmier holds degrees from the UT Chattanooga, Vanderbilt, the Clinton School of Public Service, and Trevecca Nazarene University. An active AFP Global volunteer leader, she chairs the Emerging Leaders Task Force, co-chairs the Women's Impact Initiative Mentorship Program, and co-hosts the Emerging Leaders Podcast: Rising Voices of Fundraising.

Jessica Rodriguez

Jessica Rodriguez is Senior Director of Development and Communications at Erie Neighborhood House, where she leads fundraising and communications for a mission-driven organization serving Chicago’s vulnerable communities. With more than 17 years of nonprofit experience and 13 years of management practice, she specializes in development strategy, major gifts, and team leadership. Jessica has supervised staff across career stages, from interns to senior managers, and provides oversight for cross-functional collaborators. She founded elavoz strategies, a consulting firm supporting Chicago nonprofits, and serves on the AFP Chicago Board of Directors, where she co-chairs the Fellows Program.
