COVID-19, IT'S IMPACTING OUR SECTOR TOO! A letter has been sent to the Prime Minister requesting urgent support for our sector. AFP Canada, along with nonprofits and charities from across our sector, has endorsed this letter.

While we are grateful for the support announced to date by the federal government, more funding is desperately needed. Our sector builds strong, resilient communities, but without government support during COVID-19, organizations will be forced to close or reduce services--with devastating impact on Canadians.

1. Send a letter to Minister Freeland urging her to include charities and nonprofits in the recovery plan
