Supporting fundraisers to hone their craft is the focus of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy - Canada’s National Scholarship Program.  Each year however, the demand for scholarship support from fundraisers across the country continues to increase, and only a small number of these requests are able to be funded.

Amanda Fritz CFRE and Tanya Rumble CFRE, past scholarship recipients, spearheaded the Foundation’s “Paying it Forward” peer-to-peer fundraising campaign this fall by first, making a gift to the National Scholarship Program, and then challenging past recipients to “pay it forward” to fellow fundraisers in need of professional development funding support.

With matching funds from AFP members Ron Bailey CFRE, Scott Decksheimer CFRE and Diane Lloyd CFRE, and through the generosity of many “paying it forward” donors, this fall’s campaign has raised an incredible $17,260 towards the goal of $20,000 for the National Scholarship Fund.

We are less than $3,000 away from reaching our goal!  It’s not too late to help us get there!

Please, make your gift to the “Paying it Forward” National Scholarship Campaign

THANK YOU to all who generously donated to support our colleagues to increase their capacity to deliver the promise of philanthropy for their organizations in communities across the country.
