AFP Foundation for Philanthropy Update

•    Be the Cause Campaign:  As of October 31, 2019, we are at $324,456.41 or 72.1% of our $450,000 goal.  Thank you very much to the chapters for your wonderful partnership in raising funds for the fundraising profession.

•    AFP LEAD and WII: Be the Cause raised $11,601.39 during AFP LEAD and AFP IDEA: Women’s Impact Summit in Phoenix. 

•    Catapult Fundraising is far underway with their calling program to call 4,000 lapsed donors for the Foundation. They started with 2018 donors who have not given and are now working backwards to lapsed donors to reach the 4,000 calls. 

•    Fresh Start Women’s Foundation: AFP Foundation for Philanthropy raised funds to benefit the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation at the AFP IDEA: Women’s Impact Summit last month in Phoenix, Arizona. Community Brands gifted raffle software for this cause, and we raised a total of $2,680 from the online raffle, yoga classes offered onsite (with a requested donation to attend), and a $500 gift from AFPIHQ.
