Christian Henry is an executive recruiter in the education and youth development fields. As a Principal at the boutique search firm Narwhal Talent Partners, he helps leaders with search, organizational design, and succession planning. He started his career as an educator, business officer, and fundraiser over 20 years with the startup study abroad program The Island School in the Bahamas. He is based in Boston.
