In this follow-up to the October Networking and Knowledge session, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Fundraising, Elisha Hill and Jamie Dinwiddie, MS will lead a discussion on what individuals, especially those not in formal leadership roles, can do to be better allies and advocates in their workplaces and communities.

Objectives:

Understand the mindset needed to confidently make an impact as fundraising professionals who champion diversity, equity, inclusion and access.
Learn how to listen to your inner self and courageously speak up.
Understand the process of transformational influence and what it looks like to steward human potential both in yourself and others.
