Session 1 - Converting Non-Cash Passion Assets into Charitable Impact - Colleen Boyle, CAP - This presentation will educate the attendees on the state of the art and collectible markets. The attendees will also understand how to use non-cash passion assets toward philanthropic impact and also how to create a legacy using collections.

Session 2 - After the Sunset: Charitable Gift Planning in Light of Expiring Tax Provisions - Toria Bartlett, CPA - The individual tax provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) are set to expire at the end of 2025 absent Congressional action. What will that mean for your donors and their charitable giving? We will explore the potential tax implications and opportunities.

Session 3 - Leveraging AI in Charitable Gift Planning for 2024 and Beyond - Paul Casperson, CFP®, AEP®, MS - In this presentation, Paul Caspersen, CFP®, AEP®, MS will provide the latest information and trends in the dynamic evolution of AI in charitable gift planning. Participants will delve into a systematic 5-step process for analyzing charitable gifts, juxtaposed with the latest planned giving research tools. Caspersen will discuss best practices for incorporating AI and other technologies into technical planned giving research, and donor communication. Through compelling case studies, he will illustrate the successful integration of these technologies in the field.
