AFP Long Island: CRITICAL IDEA MATTERS FOR NONPROFITS IN THE CURRENT CLIMATE AND BEYOND

Our speaker is Dr. Damary M. Bonilla-Rodriguez, a national authority on leadership development, especially as it pertains to diversity and inclusion. She delivers keynote addresses and presentations drawing upon her experience from roles in the non-profit, private, and government sectors, as well as her doctoral research. Her research about Latina leadership in the United States has served as the foundation for events, conference sessions, publications, and content development - to address the urgency of leadership development for a fast-growing population and create a pipeline of diverse leaders.

This webinar will explore three critical conversations around the impact of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) in fundraising for nonprofits in the current climate and beyond.

Nonprofits are still coming out of an unprecedented season. How can nonprofits proceed and rebuild through the lens of IDEA while also:

Keeping politics out of the picture in an overly politicized landscape
Navigating a period of hyper awareness when it comes to disparities
Understanding what every nonprofit should be doing when it comes to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access.

This webinar will explore three critical conversations around the impact of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) in fundraising for nonprofits in the current climate and beyond.
