AFP Massachusetts Chapter Event: Building Resilient Fundraising Teams: Addressing Burnout at the Organizational Level

October 17 and October 29, 2024 | 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Eastern each day

This course, consisting of two virtual sessions, focuses on understanding and addressing fundraiser burnout.

Participants will learn to:

  • recognize signs of fundraiser burnout and understand its impact on individuals and the organization;
  • implement strategies to effectively manage workloads and set clear, achievable goals for fundraising teams;
  • foster a culture of support and open communication that promotes well-being and reduces the risk of burnout;
  • develop leadership skills to identify and address organizational factors contributing to fundraiser burnout;
  • create an action plan for implementing sustainable practices to support fundraising team resilience.
