AFP Massachusetts Chapter Event: Building Resilient Fundraising Teams: Addressing Burnout at the Organizational Level

This course, consisting of two virtual sessions, focuses on understanding and addressing fundraiser burnout.
Participants will learn to:
- recognize signs of fundraiser burnout and understand its impact on individuals and the organization;
- implement strategies to effectively manage workloads and set clear, achievable goals for fundraising teams;
- foster a culture of support and open communication that promotes well-being and reduces the risk of burnout;
- develop leadership skills to identify and address organizational factors contributing to fundraiser burnout;
- create an action plan for implementing sustainable practices to support fundraising team resilience.
