AFP Massachusetts Chapter Event: Emerging Leaders in Fundraising: Finding Your Voice

Nonprofits today face complex leadership challenges, from evolving workplace dynamics and retiring senior staff to financial pressures and changing donor behavior. To succeed, organizations need strong, visionary leadership at all levels.
This course is designed for fundraising professionals with 4+ years of experience who aim to step into leadership roles. Participants will learn how to project executive presence, navigate organizational structures, build trust, expand networks, and think strategically—skills essential for guiding their organizations to success.
Taught by experienced leaders from the AFP Massachusetts community, this two-day, in-person program will equip you with the tools to elevate your career and your organization’s impact.
