Join us for the Community Care Center's annual Paying It Forward fundraising event. Awards will highlight and celebrate some of our community's unsung healthcare heroes. The CCC is the medical home of many who have nowhere else to go. We hope that you can join us for an enjoyable networking opportunity, inspiring program, and celebration of dedicated volunteers.
