We are experiencing an unprecedented surge of awareness about the unfair treatment of Black Americans that has sparked protests, calls to action, changes in policy and worldwide mobilization. How do we begin to acknowledge and reduce the barriers to engaging in constructive conversations about Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access and Race? How do we improve how we listen, process and reflect on these issues? Join Candid and the AFP-GLAC I.D.E.A. Council as we lay a framework for non-profits to create space for healing through the art of communication.
