Pinky Vincent Shubert, CFRE

Pinky Vincent Shubert, CFRE is a highly-skilled executive with a proven track record in leading and scaling nonprofit programs, mentoring professionals, executing fundraising and marketing initiatives, and measuring impact.

Pinky serves on the global board of Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and chairs its Investment Subcommittee. She also serves on the Finance Committee. She recently concluded her service on the Governance Ecosystem Task Force.

Pinky is also proud to be on the board of AFP-New York City chapter, where she had launched the chapter’s LinkedIn page and increased followers from 10 to 1,000 within a year.

Pinky regularly speaks on leadership, marketing, and fundraising. At AFP LEAD last year, Pinky presented a well-received session on managing people for the first time. She will be leading a session on building sustainable institutional partnerships at AFP ICON this year.

Pinky is a proud immigrant to the US and has lived in all five boroughs of New York City.
