AFP Webinar: Leveraging a Volunteer Cabinet for Campaign Success
1:00 - 2:00 PM Eastern | Presenter: Whitney Anderson
Eligible for 1 CFRE Education Point
Activating a dynamic and connected group of volunteer leaders during a major fundraising campaign can help an organization meet or exceed its goal, grow its major donor base, and increase its visibility. We will offer tried-and-true methods for identifying top volunteers, clearly defining their role, and motivating them to make asks on behalf of an organization. We’ve been successful in assembling these “Campaign Cabinets” across many nonprofit clients, and if organized effectively, these groups have the potential to raise a large percentage of the overall goal.
