History: Established in the late 1970s, the Upper Mississippi Valley Chapter has a long tradition of promoting philanthropy and the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. Chapter member Tim Burchill played a key role in establishment of the Code on the national level. The Upper Mississippi Valley Chapter is based in La Crosse.
