AAUW Work Smart: Know Your Value and Get Paid – Training for early and mid-career professionals on negotiating for fair salaries, better benefits, and advancement opportunities.

AAUW's Work Smart training participants learn how to research target salary, highlight accomplishments and find the right words — and the confidence — to negotiate for better benefits and pay. Our facilitator-guided virtual or in person workshops take approximately 60 - 120 minutes (with Q&A) to complete. Negotiating increases your potential to earn more — and can make the difference for paying off loans, supporting your family, buying what you want and need and saving for the future.
