AFP, Greater Los Angeles Chapter: Shifting the Tide: A collaboration with AFP Orange County

In the last two years, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts have become front and center conversations about how organizations and companies can create more equitable spaces. How can we create safe spaces for colleagues of color? How do we dismantle systems that don’t support DEI in the workplace? What resources are there to learn and support one another?

Join us for a joint collaboration with our colleagues from AFP-Orange County. This peer-led workshop will be facilitated by IDEA Committee members from each chapter, and will include breakout sessions on three IDEA-related topics:

Session 1: My Experience as a Fundraiser of Color
Session 2: Allyship in the Fundraising Space
