National Philanthropy Day® is the occasion each year when thousands of people around the world come together to celebrate giving, volunteering, and charitable engagement, thus raising awareness of the role of philanthropy in our society. Here in the Finger Lakes region, it is a special day each November when we pay tribute to our own – exemplary local philanthropists, volunteers, and organizations who give so generously of their time, talents, and financial support, making our community a better place for us all.
