Events are a vital part of nonprofit fundraising efforts, and volunteers play an important role in their success. This session will explore how to best engage volunteers through participation on an event’s host committee. We will start at the beginning, learning how to solicit event leadership, and will then gain knowledge around cultivation, with the goal of mining for and engaging in key relationships. Together, we will maximize these relationships, resulting in event funding.

This session is worth 1.25 CFRE CE credits.
