We’re Excited To Introduce a Beta Version of Our AI Agent on the AFP Global Website—NOVA

NOVA is designed to provide general information and support, helping answer questions about fundraising and AFP, based on the breadth of the AFP Global website. The name NOVA comes from the Latin translation of "new" and symbolizes energy, with a nod to Northern Virginia as the location of our AFP Global headquarters. We have trained and tested NOVA in a variety of ways and it will continue learning and evolving to answer more of your questions every day. Anything that NOVA can't answer will direct the user to our AFP Global staff, maintaining the all-important human connection.

Please note that while NOVA will be able to provide a wealth of knowledge, it cannot address AFP member-specific inquiries at this time. We are actively working on updates that WILL support member-specific inquiries, as well as additional support.
