AFP Greater Toronto Chapter: Managing Stress & Anxiety in the New Normal

The past year has presented unpredictable challenges and forced us all to adapt to new ways of life. As restrictions ease, it’s normal to feel anxious or stressed about the many unknowns, but it’s also normal to feel confident as we imagine getting back to “normal” in general.

On May 7, join us for a positive and informative webinar featuring a panel of professionals from the AFP-Greater Toronto Chapter Board and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

Together, they will discuss coping strategies and personal assessment tools to help you manage your anxiety and stress as we navigate through the rest of the pandemic and look forward to life after it.
