AFP Long Island: How Diversity and Ethics Elevate Your Organization

Stewardship & Marketing: Donor Relations/Stewardship

Join us on Tuesday, October 18 when we examine key issues of our time - the importance of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) in the nonprofit sector. Do you know how to engage a diverse audience of donors? Is your organization prepared to take a holistic approach to diversity with a board, development team and constituents to reflect all people? Join us to discover how to address cultural differences in donor engagement and learn how your organization can celebrate your diverse database and take steps to create a more diverse work culture. And how does this intertwine with ethics in fundraising?
Join us for a spirited discussion on ethics and diversity in fundraising led by Erica Adams-O'Neil, SVP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, New York Road Runners and Stephanie Guberman.
