Inspiring a team to navigate a volatile funding environment? Our panelists offer recommendations for aspiring, new, and experienced leaders of nonprofit organizations big and small. Hear their experiences, ask questions, and learn practical tips for leadership growth.
This session will be guided by your questions. When you register, please share a few questions or topics you would like to discuss.
Our panel of experts includes three instructors from Oakland University’s Nonprofit Management Certificate program:
- Dr. Susan Harding, CEO at Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA)
- Maureen Rovas, Senior Client Manager for Community Impact at UpMetrics
- Aimee Argel, Senior Director of Individual Giving at Michigan State University
The Nonprofit Management Certificate (NPMC) program was designed to prepare community leaders for an increasing demand for sustainable funding streams, program metrics verifying outcomes, and new technical skills required for effective nonprofit management. This 6-course program, offered by Oakland University, helps strengthen skills in fund development, financial management, program evaluation, communications, and nonprofit leadership.
