We are now over halfway through 2020 and what an interesting and emotional ride it continues to be for each of us, personally and professionally. In our personal lives, we are trying to make the best decisions for ourselves and our families. At work, we are constantly developing new ideas to keep moving our organizations forward. With all that’s going on, we often put self care on the back burner when it’s needed most.
