We'll discuss their practical implications for your legacy program. Then we’ll delve into creating impactful donor journeys and applying decision science principles into your gifts in wills marketing materials. This is going to be a very hands-on and practical course where you will apply your learnings by creating donor journeys, discussing case studies, and critiquing GiW marketing materials.
