You need to have a strategy in place to ensure you’re meeting your goals, targeting the right audience(s), and providing the right value to your organization. After all, if you don’t have a plan, how can you know if your fundraising efforts are on the right path?  In this hands-on session, we’ll cover the different aspects of a fundraising campaign strategy, where attendees will learn how to set goals, define activities and tactics, uncover risks, discover new opportunities, and manage the campaign.
