Allison Quintanilla Plattsmier, Ed.D., DBA, CFRE, GPC, CAP^®, ACNP, is the executive director of Edgehill Neighborhood Partnership and the founder and CEO of AQP Consulting. A member of AFP Nashville for the last seven years and an AFP 2018 Outstanding Young Fundraising Professional, she currently chairs AFP’s Women’s Impact Initiative Mentorship Program and serves on the LEAD Educational Advisory Committee.
