Kathi Barber

Kathi Barber is the director of development for Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County and has enjoyed a successful 20-year career in nonprofit management and development. Since 2000, she has been a national speaker on health equity and inequity and health disparities impacting Black and indigenous people. Her advocacy work has been featured in The Washington Post, Ebony Magazine, USA Today and the Chicago Tribune.
