Mentorship Spotlight: Chloe Czaplewski and Devan Mercurio

In this mentorship spotlight, we follow up with Chloe and Devan, two participants in the AFP/Alford Group Women's Impact Initiative Mentorship Program. At the beginning of the program, we talked to them about their goals and what it was like being paired with one another. Now, we check in to see if the experience met their expectations and how they plan to continue their mentorship relationship now that the formal program is over.
