Join us for a special AFP Faculty Training Academy (FTA) focused on preparing facilitators to deliver the new AFP Donor-Advised Fund Essentials curriculum.
FTA is AFP’s signature train-the-trainer program, designed to ensure excellence and consistency across our educational offerings. The program provides prospective instructors with comprehensive, hands-on training in adult learning principles, diverse learning styles, effective classroom management, presentation techniques, and the design of engaging, learner-centered experiences.
Throughout the course, participants will apply these concepts by developing and delivering a 10-minute mini-training session from the Donor-Advised Fund Essentials curriculum to their peers, which is recorded for review. Following the program, participants receive individualized written feedback from the instructor on both their training design and delivery, supporting continuous improvement and confidence as AFP facilitators.
Graduates of this program will be certified to facilitate the new Donor-Advised Fund Essentials curriculum in addition to AFP Global’s other curriculum offerings.
