Matthew Easterwood (he/they), CAP®, CFRE, has more than 13 years in nonprofit management and almost a decade as a professional fundraiser. Matthew specializes in development strategy, culture of philanthropy, peer-to-peer fundraising, and donor communications. His experience includes working as the lead Development professional at a rapidly-growing community-based LGBTQIA+ nonprofit on the East Coast to a 40-year-old LGBTQIA+ organization on the West Coast. Matt is currently the Founder & CEO Queer for Hire, LGBTQIA+ Consulting & Coaching for Nonprofits & Professionals.
