Presenter:

Kimberly Coveney, CFRM, is Senior Manager of Individual Giving at the National FFA Foundation, where she leads annual giving, donor engagement, and fundraising strategy for individual supporters across the country. 

Her career has followed a unique path. After spending a decade in sales leadership and branch operations management, Kimberly stepped away from the workforce to raise her children. During those 11 years, she became deeply involved as a volunteer fundraiser and recruiter for youth-serving organizations, discovering a passion for philanthropy and mission-driven work. When she returned to the workforce, she combined her sales and leadership experience with her volunteer fundraising background to build a successful career in nonprofit development. 

For more than 15 years, Kimberly has worked professionally in fundraising, helping organizations grow donor engagement and fundraising revenue. She holds a Certificate of Fundraising Management (CFRM) from The Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. 

Kimberly has managed the National FFA Foundation's Give FFA Day campaign for the past seven years, growing the initiative from approximately $230,000 to more than $1.5 million raised annually. She enjoys sharing practical strategies that help organizations build donor participation, leverage advocates, and create sustainable growth through giving day campaigns.
