Bill TeDesco
Bill Tedesco is a well-known entrepreneur in the field of philanthropy with over twenty-five years of experience at the helm of companies serving the fundraising profession. For the past fifteen years, he has served as C.E.O. and Managing Partner of DonorSearch, the leading company delivering AI/ML based fundraising solutions for the nonprofit market.
Bill has personally conducted original research to identify markers of philanthropy and has developed a how-to guide for data mining interpretation. As a fundraiser, he served as Director of Development for the Fund for Educational Excellence, Baltimore’s public education fund, and as a major gift officer at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
He earned his B.S. and M.P.A. degrees from Pennsylvania State University and is a frequent speaker at conferences around the United States.
Sarah TeDesco
Sarah Tedesco serves as the Executive Vice President at DonorSearch and helps direct operations, client success, and marketing. For the past 15 years, Sarah has enjoyed working with nonprofits of all shapes and sizes while assisting them to achieve their fundraising success. Sarah truly enjoys working on strategic plans, product development ideas, and collaborating with DonorSearch clients and partners. In addition, speaking at conferences and engaging with others in the industry is something Sarah regularly does.
Nathan Chappell
As a thought leader, public speaker and author, Nathan is one of the world's foremost experts on the intersection between Artificial Intelligence and philanthropy. Nathan serves as Senior Vice President of DonorSearch Ai, where he leads deep learning deployments for some of the nation’s largest nonprofit organizations.
Nathan is co-author of the “Generosity Crisis, The Case for Radical Connection to Solve Humanity’s Greatest Challenges”, being published by Wiley in Fall 2022. Nathan’s subject matter expertise has been featured in several publications, including Fast Company, Forbes, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, University of Notre Dame and the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy. In 2021, Nathan founded Fundraising.Ai as a member-centric collaboration of nonprofit professionals with a focus on data ethics, data equality, privacy and security, sustainability. Nathan presented the first TEDx on the topic of artificial intelligence and the future of generosity in 2018.
Nathan is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and holds a Masters in Nonprofit Administration from University of Notre Dame, an MBA from University of Redlands, a certificate in International Economics from University of Cambridge and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT.
